Our high-temperature metal tags utilize RFID technology and can be read at frequencies of 125 kHz, 13.56 MHz, and UHF 860-960 MHz, supporting a variety of packaging materials including nylon, PPS, ABS, ceramic, FR4, stainless steel, and proprietary high-temperature materials. Standard heat-resistant RFID tags can withstand temperatures of 200°C to 230°C, while extreme and ultra-high temperature RFID tags can endure up to 300°C and 400°C. Common applications for heat-resistant RFID tags include automotive manufacturing, downhole drilling, and any manufacturing process requiring high temperatures.
